Lisa Freeman, Consultant
Lisa Freeman, principal and lead consultant for Progressive Concepts Consulting, brings more than 14 years of demonstrable and successful experience in the nonprofit arena with a proven ability to design, redesign, and build successful and efficient management systems and multi-agency collaborations for community change. Ms. Freeman’s experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations for United Way and Deputy Director for a community-based organization in northeast Indiana. Ms. Freeman’s consulting work has focused heavily on developing strategic alliances among diverse organizations, building organizational capacity and efficiencies, organizational and community planning, facilitating program development, and providing leadership in organizational and community development. Ms. Freeman received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trine University and is completing her Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership at Purdue University.
